• Respect all opinions and avoid disruptions.

• Communicate clearly and follow procedural rules.

3. Harassment and Discrimination

• Zero tolerance for harassment or discrimination.

• Report incidents to the Secretariat; all reports are confidential.

4. Dress Code

• Business formal attire is required.

• National and religious attire is allowed if formal.

5. Use of Technology

• Use devices only for conference purposes.

• No unauthorized recording of sessions.

6. Social Media Policy

• Post respectfully and avoid misrepresenting OXMUN.

• Do not share confidential proceedings.

7. Environmental Responsibility

• Minimize waste and promote sustainability.

8. Consequences of Misconduct

• Warnings for minor violations.

• Expulsion or legal action for serious misconduct.
